Before founding SPARC, our lead consultant spent 17+ years inside Saudi Aramco, architecting geospatial systems used daily by reservoir engineers and geophysicists — then went on to lead enterprise GIS architecture at SABIC, build national addressing infrastructure for Saudi Post, and design utility network topologies for regional commissions and municipalities.
